Can the panels be installed near a fireplace?

Direct installation above a fireplace is not recommended because heat rises, so walls above fireplaces can reach high temperatures. For this reason, mineral wall panels should not be installed directly above a fireplace. Install panels at least 15 cm away and always use a non‑combustible, heat‑resistant barrier to keep wall temperatures below 60 °C.
